A play button award looks best when viewers can see it clearly in every video. Here is how to set it up.
Choose the right spot
Hang the award behind you, slightly to one side, at about shoulder height when you sit. That keeps it in the frame without hiding behind your head.
Match the finish to your wall
- Silver looks best on white, grey and blue walls.
- Gold stands out on dark walls and with warm lights.

Avoid glare
Mirror plates reflect lights. Tilt the award slightly downward, or move your ring light a little to the side, until the reflection disappears from the camera view.
Add a little light
A small LED strip or a spotlight from above makes the award shine on camera without glare.
Wall or shelf
Our awards can hang on the wall or stand on a shelf. On a shelf, keep it out of direct sunlight.
Keep it clean
Wipe the plate with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Do not use glass cleaner or rough tissue on the plate.
